STEP 2 - Complete the Home Description Form

This easy-to-use form will take you 10 minutes to fill out. Once this is accurately done, you are ready to get your listing, so move to step 4. You can download the Form by clicking on the format that is best for you: PDF Form or Word Doc Form

STEP 3 - Contact Us!!

We will need to set you up with a username and password, so give us a call. At that time we will also discuss your exact needs and schedule an appointment to drop off your lawn sign.

STEP 4 - Receive Lawn Sign and Contract

We will come and plant the "For Sale" sign on your lawn and drop off a copy of the contract.

STEP 5 - SELL YOUR HOME!!!
