Our 100% Money Back Guarantee only applies
to Properties listed for SALE by Owner ONLY. Rental properties are
excluded in full.
Please Read Carefully:
In order to qualify for our 100% Money
Back Guarantee, listing owners must abide by all of
the following terms. Failure to do so will represent
a breach of this contract, and forfeiture of all marketing
fees:
Lister must maintain a visible
lawn sign on the property at all times during the listing
period
All signs will be returned
to brampton.com, either 3 weeks after the sale of the
property, or at the end of the 3 month listing period,
or in the event of the contract being terminated
All signs must be returned
in the same condition they were received
In the event the lister decides
to switch to a licensed broker or real estate agent,
the Lister must choose a sales agent from brampton.com's
list of recommended agents, located at www.bramptonhouse.com
– in order to receive the 100% money back guarantee.
This can be done at any time during the initial 3 month
term of this agreement, or up to 365 days after the
initial listing date.
In the event the lister decides
to remove their home from the market – either during
the initial 3 month listing, or up to 365 days after
the listing date, all marketing fees will be forfeited
– thus nullifying the Money Back Guarantee.
Listers who wish to switch
to an agent not listed on our recommended agent list
may still qualify for the money-back guarantee if brampton.com
is able to add that agent to our list. Please ask if
this situation applies to you.
Listers who are solicited
by other Agents and Brokers to switch their listing
during the active listing period, are prohibited from
doing so. If you would like to switch to an agent that
is not on our recommended list, brampton.com will act
as an intermediary between the parties to help you make
the switch.
