There is a new plaza going up, the builder is still here and I am really motivated to sell this house. If you are serious I doubt very much that we would not be able to make a deal. The basement is partially finished but we can negotiate its completion.
I have access to a couple of good mortgage brokers that will assist you if you haven't already, in obtaining a mortgage.
There is a lot of "NEW" everything in this area. A new go station just went up and this neighborhood is made up diversely of all cultures. I think its best if we meet or talk on the phone.
