agreement contract. This is where you will find
out what we will do for you, what your responsibilities

STEP 3 - Complete the
Home Description Form
This easy-to-use form will take you 10
minutes to fill out. Once this is accurately done, you
are ready to get your listing, so move to step 4. You

STEP 4 - Contact Us!!
We will need to set you up with a username
and password, so give us a call. At that time we will
also discuss your exact needs and schedule an appointment
to drop off your lawn sign.
STEP 5 - Receive Lawn
Sign and Contract
We will come and drop off a copy of the
contract. At the same time we will pick up your Home
Description form, and plant the "For Sale"
sign on your lawn.
STEP 6 - We SET
UP Your Listing
We will come out and take pictures of
your home. We will then upload your pictures and set
up your full listing on our site. You don't even need
to have a computer as we take care of all the technical
details.
