• Provide lister with a lawn sign for the duration
of your listing
• Provide a contact phone number for inquiries
or alternatively a customized sign with lister’s

3. When For Sale by Owner ‘lister’
agree to:
• Place Lawn Sign at a visible location
on the property
• Abide by all terms of service on the reverse
in order to be eligible for 100% Money Back Guarantee
• Maintain a Sold or Rented sign for a minimum
of 3 weeks in the event of a sale
4. Payment Terms and Termination
• All listings are provided on a
pre-paid basis, with listing going live on the site
within 3 business days.
• All listings are deemed to be 3 months in length,
unless terminated by the sale or rental of the property.
Other termination clauses are found on the reverse,
under 100% money back guarantee.
• The initial term of this Agreement shall commence
upon the Effective Date and continue for a period of
twelve (12) months. Thereafter, the Agreement shall
automatically be extended on a year-to-year basis. After
the initial term of the Agreement, either party may
terminate this Agreement upon thirty (60) day written
notification to the other party.
